Password Unlocker
Scans the files in the Windows directory and recovers the passwords for the local user accounts including the Administrator's if it has been enabled in the past. Works with Windows 2000, 2003, 2008, XP, Vista, 7, and Windows 8. Creates a bootable USB drive that is used to recover the passwords.

Windows Password Unlocker Standard is a program that will create a bootable CD or DVD that you can use to recover your Windows passwords.
By creating that disk before you have any problem, you can use it to boot your system when you cannot access it because you forgot your password. It will use the WinPE (Preinstallation Environment) system, a light variant of Windows XP. Then, the program will show you the passwords that are already assigned, and you can keep them or modify them. Then, when booting again, your system will be totally accessible. The trial version of this program can list the local names and passwords, but you will not be able to remove or change them.

The different versions of this program will let you perform different actions. The Standard version will let you create bootable CDs or DVDs, but you will not be able to recover the domain administrator password or burn to an USB flash drive. This version is not compatible with Windows Server 2000/2003/2008. The Professional version is compatible, but it is not able to recover the domain administrator password. The Enterprise edition is the only one that performs every action, and it is compatible with Windows Server.
